Everytime we are contacted, our team is briefed about the client's detailed preferences. With this, we are able to know whether we have the required product specifications as required by the buyer. If we do not have the required product specifications of the buyer, our staff will reachout to different sources where we can outsource the required product for the buyer. Our experienced staff will keep the buyer updated on every step of the process i.e, we share proof of the product to the buyer through a well detailed video clip.
After accessing the product, we proceed and have it smelted, purified and assayed to export approved Gold dore bars for export. Upon successful assay, purification and smelting, our clearing agent clears all export charges and produces all required documentation for the product to move. A copy of each document processed is shared with the buyer for acknowledgement.
The clearing agent also provides the Airway Bill from the product carrier and shares a copy of it to the buyer. At this point, the product is fully ready for export.
The product is then exported to the destination where it is cleared at the destination port by the buyer and taken to the buyer's preferred refinery for final assay.
Upon final assay, the buyer pays the seller in full through the seller's nominated bank account or any other mutually agreed payment method.

Foreign investors typically need a proposal with minimum capital investment requirement of $500,000 to qualify for funding while domestic investors in Africa require $250,000 minimum capital investment in the proposal to be eligible for our funding.
